Routiny — Privacy Policy

Welcome to Routiny (available on Android and iOS). We at Orbitly Tech are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.

1. Data stored on your device

All of your in-app data — tasks, daily routines, focus sessions, reflections and journal entries, water tracking, and mood — is stored locally on your device only. We do not send or store it on any server of ours.

Period tracking ("My cycle")

The "My cycle" section lets you log your period dates, your answers to "How do you feel", and days to make up. This health data:

• is stored on your device only. It is never sent to us or to any third party, and never stored on any server.
• is never sent to any analytics or advertising service. General analytics may record only that you opened the section, never a date, symptom or answer.
• can be locked with a PIN from the section's settings, and erased at any time with "Erase all cycle data".
• gives estimates only. It is not contraception and not a substitute for a doctor.

2. Data collected by third-party services

The app uses third-party services that may collect data to provide their functionality:

• Unity LevelPlay (Ads): an ad-mediation platform that displays in-app ads through partner ad networks (such as Unity Ads and ironSource Ads). May collect the advertising ID, IP address, device identifiers, usage data, and coarse location for ad delivery and measurement.
• RevenueCat (Subscriptions): manages the optional ad-free subscription. It receives an anonymous app user ID and the store's purchase data (plan, dates, and status). It does not receive your card details or your name.
• Firebase Analytics and Mixpanel (Usage analytics): to understand how the app is used in general (such as screens opened and features used) so we can improve it. This never includes the content of your tasks or journal.
• Meta (Facebook) App Events: to measure our ad campaigns. May use the advertising ID and general in-app events (such as installing or opening the app).
• TikTok App Events (iOS): to measure our TikTok ads through Apple's SKAdNetwork. It sends only app install and open events, plus the advertising ID if you allow tracking, and nothing about what you do inside the app.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Notifications): to deliver push notifications. May collect a device token and basic device information.
• Cloud Firestore: to load articles and tests inside the app, and to store your feedback if you choose to send it from "Share your opinion" (your rating and what you wrote, plus your device's notification token and app language so our reply reaches you in the app; never your name or email).

This data is governed by the providers' privacy policies: Unity, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Meta, TikTok, and Google.

Subscriptions

Routiny offers an optional monthly and yearly subscription that removes ads. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. We never receive your payment details. Terms of Use: the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA) on iOS, and the Google Play Terms of Service on Android.

3. Ad tracking on iOS

On iOS, the app may ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) to show more relevant ads. You can decline; the app keeps working and shows non-personalized ads instead.

4. App permissions

• Notifications: to remind you of tasks and focus sessions (optional).
• Photos/Camera: to pick a profile avatar, stored locally on your device only.
• Internet: to load ads, focus sounds, and receive notifications.

5. Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and because it shows ads it is not in the Kids category.

6. Data retention and deletion

Your local data stays on your device and can be fully removed via the in-app "Clear data" option or by uninstalling the app.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post any changes on this page.
